Graduates with business degrees can earn median salaries that range between $70,000 to $140,000. Now there are more options to train for careers in finance and business online then ever before. For instance, Grantham University is now offering two online college degrees, a bachelor's in human resource management and a master's in business intelligence.

These two new programs are designed to complement current offerings through their Mark Skousen School of Business, but careers in these two specific fields are growing much faster then average. The human resources management program is designed to provide students with training in business management, labour relations, employment law, training and development, performance intelligence, quality management and compensation. The business intelligence graduate degree is focused on the use of technology and decision science in business practice.
